How quickly can you buy my property?
Most sales are completed within four to six weeks although if required we can buy your property within a matter of days. We have helped many people in the past who have been a few hours from being repossessed or evicted.

Will you offer market value for my property?
No. Because we offer a guaranteed and quick sale, this is reflected in any offer we make. We will usually offer between 70% – 80% of the open market value.

How do your prices compare with selling through an estate agent?
You are likely to receive more money for your property if you sell through an estate agent, but there are no guarantees that the sale will complete. Many sales fall through at the last minute.

What are some of the other benefits?
There are other benefits such as the option to rent back your property once the sale has completed or even buy the property back at an agreed date for an agreed price. We are also able to take into account any other request you may have in relation to the purchase.
I need to release funds from my property, but do not want to move. Can I rent the property back?
Yes. We have solutions where you can rent the property back from us on a long term or short term basis.
What costs will I incur?
None. We pay your legal fees up to £500 and there are no estate agency fees or survey fees to pay either. There are no hidden costs to pay at all.
Will I need a solicitor?
Yes. You can use your own and we will pay their costs up to £500. Or we can recommend one to you. This give you maximum protection throughout the transaction.
Can I determine the timescale of the sale?
Yes, as long as it is realistic and achievable. We will agree the timescales with you and keep you informed of progress throughout the purchase. We work with you to establish your needs and agree a solution that meets all of your requirements.
Do I need to do anything to the property before I sell it to you?
No. We buy properties in any condition.
Do I have to accept your offer straight away?
No. Any offer that we make for your property is valid for 14 days. If you wish to proceed beyond this timescale simply contact us and we will review the situation. In many cases we may be able to proceed on the basis of the original offer.
Can you help one of my friends or family members?
If they Need To Sell Quick then that is what we are here for! If you want to help them and give them another option, please recommend that they visit this website or give us a call. They will thank you if you do and we will send you £100 if we do buy their property.
